Job summary
SITA is seeking a Senior Solution Designer/Engineer to join the regional pre-sales team in Madrid. You will own the technical components of customer proposals for airports and lead technical engagements with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and Partners.
You will guide bid teams, craft high-quality designs, and ensure cost-effective, scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements and SITA portfolios. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in IT or air transport tech in a pre-sales role.
- Proven ability to produce, communicate, and document proposals.
- Fluency in English and Russian required.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical qualification of opportunities and own technical proposals.
- Coordinate standard and complex solutions with internal/external stakeholders.
- Support Sales with technical designs and advice during pre-contract phases.
- Lead virtual pre-sales/bid teams and manage timelines.
- Deliver implementable, cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements.
- Manage bid project plans and lead cross-functional teams.
