Job summary
SITA is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Designer/Engineer to join the regional pre-sales team in Prague. You will own the technical components of customer proposals and shape solutions for Airports, driving new business opportunities and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality results.
In this role you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead virtual bid teams, and translate customer requirements into compelling SITA product solutions while supporting sales throughout the
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in IT/air transport tech or telecom in a pre-sale role.
- Proven track record of producing technical solution proposals for customers.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder bid activities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical qualification of opportunities and own technical proposal components.
- Design and coordinate standard and complex solutions with internal/external stakeholders.
- Support sales with technical designs and expert advice during pre-contract phases.
- Lead virtual pre-sales/bid teams and manage timelines and objectives.
- Deliver cost-effective, implementable solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and manage bid project plans and collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Partners.
