Adidas Group is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate the Fast Insights Platform. You will own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate AI-enabled development. You will work in a hybrid setup with remote flexibility and global opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years IT experience required.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Proficient in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with production services on AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (CDK, Terraform).
• Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Own epics from requirements to design, implementation and operation.
• Design, code, test, and refactor complex software to engineering standards.
• Improve platform reliability, monitoring, and operability while balancing cost.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to the platform's technical roadmap.
• Define and track SLAs/SLOs and automate operational tasks.
• Mentor equal- or lower-grade colleagues and onboard new team members.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with cross-team stakeholders.
