Adidas is hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer for MCP & Agentic Infrastructure within Platform Engineering - FIP. The role focuses on building and operating enterprise AI platforms with cutting-edge capabilities while ensuring security, governance and scalability.

You will own epics end-to-end, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to accelerate delivery and reliability in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years IT experience across the full product lifecycle or software development.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on design and operation of cloud-native platforms and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of epics and platform initiatives from requirements to operation.
• Design, code, test, document, and refactor complex software with engineering standards.
• Improve monitoring, reliability and operability while balancing cost and impact.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to the platform's technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to align with domain strategy.
• Mentor junior engineers and onboard new team members.
• Define and track SLAs/SLOs and automate operational tasks.
• Drive security, governance and scalable AI capabilities on the platform.
