MANE seeks an AI Engineering & Platform Lead to drive enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will own the AI platform architecture, ensure secure integration with IT and data platforms, and steer the technical roadmap with cross-functional teams globally.

You will lead and grow a team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers while enforcing governance, standards and scalable practices to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years IT/Engineering experience with AI leadership.
• Strong expertise with enterprise AI platforms in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps, deployment and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategic roadmap and evolution of the enterprise AI platform.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with data platforms, security and networks.
• Design scalable AI architectures and reusable frameworks.
• Govern standards, governance and best practices across AI lifecycle.
• Lead Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers and build capability.
