Allianz Technology is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a pioneering AI-led software transformation. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and business experts to design scalable, production-ready AI-enabled platforms that power Allianz’s financial services.

You will apply Spec-Driven Development, create precise specifications, and guide AI agents from problem to architecture. This hybrid role blends backend and frontend work across enterprise systems with a strong emphasis on

Formación

• 5+ years of software development with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with AI tech: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, evaluation.
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven/Contract-First Development (OpenAPI/JSON Schema).
• Cloud expertise (Azure/AWS/OCI) with CI/CD, containers, automation.
• Understanding API-First, Hexagonal, and Event-Driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements.
• Advance development with AI agents and Spec-Driven Development.
• Define end-to-end designs and write precise specifications.
• Deliver backend and frontend solutions driven by specs and AI agents.
• Iterate on AI agents with evaluation metrics and feedback.
• Write high-quality specs and code in collaboration with AI agents.
• Participate in reviews, testing, demos, and feasibility estimations.
