ADP is seeking a Senior AI Ops Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure on AWS. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI/ML systems, while supporting governance, scalability, and cost optimization.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities, contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing within ADP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in CS, Engineering, Math or related field.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, CloudWatch).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.
• Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.

• Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs.
