Aily Labs SLU is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to scale our AI Platform and productionize AI/ML models. You will own end-to-end ML pipelines, collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers, and help shape robust, scalable AI infrastructure across the company.

Join a global team and contribute to high-impact decision intelligence products enabling enterprise customers to act on data in real-time. Hybrid work across Madrid, Barcelona, and Munich is supported.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Strong Python and API development experience.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support productization of AI/ML models and LLMs by working on APIs, infrastructure, and applying software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, versioning)
• Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions to production
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines and monitoring for production systems
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by the AI team daily
• Sponsor the creation and implementation of new software and ML standards in the AI team
