Adidas Group is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate the Fast Insights Platform. You will own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate AI-enabled development. You will work in a hybrid setup with remote flexibility and global opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years IT experience required.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Proficient in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with production services on AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (CDK, Terraform).
• Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Design, code, test, and refactor complex software to engineering standards.
• Improve platform reliability, monitoring, and operability while balancing cost.

As Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build and operate the Fast Insights Platform to empower application teams with scalable AI capabilities. You’ll own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails. You’ll work cross-functionally to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate time-to-market for AI-enabled development. This role places you at the core of adidas’ AI-driven platforms and developer experience.
