UL Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own long-term AI initiatives, delivering scalable, production-ready AI systems and frameworks. You will combine architecture, software engineering, MLOps, and governance while mentoring others and aligning with business goals.

You will work with product, engineering, and platform teams to translate needs into measurable outcomes and lead technical directions in Agile environments across hybrid/remote settings.

Formación

• Requires bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software, AI, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong Python software engineering experience with modern practices.
• Experience designing, delivering scalable, secure software and AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of scalable AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Translate business needs into production-ready AI systems and enterprise integrations.
• Develop and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, document intelligence, ML and data science techniques.
• Evaluate and apply AI technologies, patterns and tools to maximize impact and maintainability.
