Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS/AI.
• Proven ability to own and manage a defined Book of Business.
• Fluent Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required).
• Experience with API integrations and SDKs in a Southern Europe context.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enable and grow a defined book of business across ElevenLabs platforms.
• Advise customers on deployment, usage data and performance to reduce friction.
• Own commercial outcomes: renewals, upsells, and cross-sell with a revenue quota.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue retention.
