ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Spain's largest enterprises, selling our ElevenAgents platform and AI voice technology. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers in Financial Services, Telecoms, Healthcare, and Utilities, and helping customers unlock value from our end-to-end conversational AI ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing deals with long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Spanish enterprise landscape with executive-level relationships.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and Spanish regulatory processes.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment with rapid iteration.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and its business value.
• Hybrid of customer- and product-driven mindset prioritizing client satisfaction and scale.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Spain.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with business cases for senior executives.
• Develop and maintain understanding of conversational AI landscape and regulatory Spanish industries.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about ElevenLabs' voice technology across use cases.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within key verticals.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating leaders on trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
