Autodesk seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager - Civil who will act as the technical single point of contact for AECO Civil clients in enterprise environments. You will guide adoption, deliver governance, and drive data-driven improvements across cloud and desktop deployments in Barcelona and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with CSMs and TAS to shape customer success plans, escalate issues, and provide strategic insights to improve outcomes for large civil engineering projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil products (Civil3D, InfraWorks) and cloud services for enterprise clients.
• Experience in a professional services role and strong analytical troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with enterprise customers as the primary contact.
• Guide adoption and deliver governance, advisory, and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate to execute customer success plans with CSMs and TAS.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues to ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide analytics-based recommendations and drive successful cloud/desktop deployments.
• Lead events such as major upgrades and health governance reviews.
• Deliver coaching sessions to drive adoption and progress of customer success plans.
• Coordinate installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk software.
• Manage multiple projects with clear priorities and proactive engagement.
