Autodesk is seeking a technically minded advisor to help customers maximize their product investment across the AEC space. You will coach customers on Autodesk solutions, lead live sessions, and create enablement content to address workflow challenges.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the field, experience with Cloud APIs, and strong communication skills. The role involves collaborating with a global team and supporting strategic customers worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks.
• Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of HTTP methods and JSON responses.
• Ability to manage several projects and set priorities.
• Proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions.
• Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows and outcomes.
• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating product expertise.
• Develop and maintain enablement content and digital assets.
