Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc in Europe seeks a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead and scale ABM across Compressor Systems & Services in EMEIA. This strategic, highly visible role partners with Commercial and Marketing leaders to drive growth in priority enterprise and OEM accounts.

You will define ABM strategies, oversee programs with personalized content and campaigns, and ensure cross-functional alignment to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B Account-Based Marketing experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience developing ABM strategies for strategic, enterprise, and OEM accounts.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing methodologies and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the ABM strategy for strategic, enterprise, and OEM accounts.
• Define account selection, segmentation, prioritization, and engagement frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop account-centric strategies that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue.
• Establish scalable ABM best practices, processes, and frameworks across the organization.
• Design and execute integrated ABM programs with personalized content and digital engagement.
