Job summary

Ashby is seeking a senior marketing leader in Spain to own EMEA ABM strategy and cross-functional execution. You will orchestrate channels, develop account-centric messaging, and collaborate with sales, PMM, and creative teams to accelerate enterprise pipeline.

You will lead data-informed campaigns, manage agency partners, and drive experimentation to localize content for diverse European markets while maintaining Ashby’s innovative, autonomous culture.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading ABM strategies across enterprise accounts.
• Ability to map target accounts, craft messaging, and coordinate channels.
• Proven track record blending data insight with creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define EMEA ABM strategy and channel mix across Europe.
• Research target accounts and develop messaging, content, and creative withPMM and creative teams.
• Build target account lists with data signals and field input; own cohort methodology.
• Manage gifting and other agency partners to execute campaigns quickly.
• Coordinate events, dinners, activations, and conferences with the events team.
• Apply experimentation framework to localize content and campaigns for EMEA.
