Amazon Web Services Europe South seeks a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for strategic enterprise customers across Spain, Italy and Portugal. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive pipeline, revenue growth and cross-functional alignment, leveraging data-driven insights and multi-channel engagements.

Formación

• 10+ years in B2B marketing within IT or high-tech sectors in Spain/Portugal.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Ability to measure impact with data and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA; fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) aligned with global frameworks.
• Partner with account teams to translate priorities into insight-led programs.
• Develop customer value propositions and executive engagement programs.
• Analyze customer data, buying signals and market trends to inform strategy.
• Execute multi-channel programs (events, digital) delivering personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with demand generation and partner marketing to integrate with GTM.
• Track, report program performance and optimize approaches.
• Drive operational excellence with standardized processes and best practices.
• Manage program budgets effectively to maximize impact.
• Share learnings with the global ABM community.
