Amazon is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager for Europe South to design and execute ABM programs for strategic enterprise customers across Spain, Italy and Portugal.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with account teams to translate priorities into insight-led programs, and driving multi-channel campaigns that deliver personalized account experiences and measurable business impact.

Formación

• Experience in a B2B environment with high-tech products/services.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to take direction in English.
• Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
• 10+ years of professional marketing experience in B2B IT environments in Spain/Portugal.
• Experience with marketing technologies and CRM (Salesforce) and data reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) aligned with area and global frameworks that drive measurable business impact.
• Partner with account teams to translate account priorities into insight-led marketing programs.
• Develop customer value propositions and orchestrate executive engagement programs that deepen relationships within target accounts.
• Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
• Execute multi-channel programs (events, digital) delivering personalized account experiences.
• Collaborate with demand generation and partner marketing teams to integrate ABM with broader GTM efforts.
• Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact.
• Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices.
