Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team in Barcelona, onsite. You will drive growth across European markets by reaching into whitespace SMB accounts and engaging senior decision-makers with tailored value propositions.

The ideal candidate has outbound SaaS/B2B experience, strong multi-channel outreach, and native-level German with fluent English.

• Native German and fluent English, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage high-intent prospects.
• Perform discovery and qualify opportunities using value-based messaging.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers on targeted messaging for verticals.
• Map whitespace accounts and establish rapport with senior decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure smooth deal hand-offs.
