Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona seeks a Sales Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill development for new hires and experienced teams, driving performance for our AI advertising program with a leading client. You will develop training plans covering product knowledge, objections, negotiation, and best practices.

• Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill development programs for new hires and experienced team members.
