Concentrix Spain is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (English-speaking) in Barcelona for a hybrid schedule. You will execute and achieve sales targets, identify prospects, pass leads to country or reseller, and manage the sales cycle while tracking activity and profitability.

The role requires English proficiency, strong Excel and CRM experience, and travel flexibility. Salary includes a base of 23,000 EUR gross per year with up to 4,000 EUR gross yearly bonus, and a hybrid work model after

Formación

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of English.
• Advanced user of Windows and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM management and data handling.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel and attend in-person events such as trade shows when required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.

• Review client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
