The Vanguard Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Support to enable client engagement and drive growth. You will work with Sales Executives to audit databases, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring effective follow-up and analytics.

The role involves supporting internal reporting and strategic initiatives, with a hybrid work model to balance collaboration and learning across teams.

Formación

• Experience in a sales support environment.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• CFA Level I or EFPA certification preferred.
• Tech savvy - CRM experience.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Populates and audits client and prospect databases.
• Responds to routine inquiries from potential and current clients.
• Supports sales executives with admin and client follow-up to maximise engagement.
• Coordinates sales meetings, events and logistics; gathers metrics for analysis.
• Researches solutions to client needs and analyses performance and market data.
• Participates in special projects and supports country head with internal reporting.

The Senior Associate, Sales Support plays a pivotal role in enabling Vanguard's strategy in Spain. Working closely with Sales Executives this role helps drive client engagement, supports business growth initiatives, and ensures the smooth execution of sales activities.

• Assists sales crew in populating and auditing client and prospect databases.
• Responds to routine or lower complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
• Supports sales executives with a variety of administrative and client follow up requests to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement.
• Coordinates sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales and marketing related activities. Gathers metrics for data analysis.
• Researches solutions to client needs and analyzes performance data and market data.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the country head with internal reporting and strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a sales support environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• CFA Level I or EFPA certification preferred
• Tech savvy - CRM experience
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
