Sansure Biotech Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead market development and drive growth in the pet veterinary segment in Galicia, Spain.

The role focuses on expanding regional sales, building key accounts, and coordinating with headquarters to align strategy with local market needs. The ideal candidate has strong local market knowledge, proven sales success in veterinary or related sectors, and established connections with veterinary providers and distributors.

Formación

• Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment.
• Professional English business communication required.
• Sales experience in veterinary service or pet healthcare preferred; candidates from other industries considered.
• Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, distributors or agents is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Market development & business expansion: conduct local market analysis and implement regional sales strategies; identify and acquire customers including distributors, agents, and end clients.
• Client relationship management: maintain and grow key accounts; conduct regular visits; coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for prompt support.
• HQ liaison: provide regular market updates and sales reports to headquarters or regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales for the pet veterinary business to lead market development and sales growth in your local region.

• 1.Market Development & Business Expansion Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs; Develop and implement regional sales strategies; Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients; Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.
• 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners; Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation; Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.
• 3. HQ liaison Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.

Qualifications

• 1. Resident in the local market : Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required；
• 2.Sales Experience : Prior sales experience in veterinary service, pet healthcare, pet products preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered；
• 3.Industry Connections : Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus.
• 4. Self-Starter : Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
