Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Representative to join our hybrid team, driving B2B sales and engaging reseller partners. You will clearly articulate the Partner Program value, respond to inquiries, and identify high-potential opportunities to grow our client base.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with outstanding communication skills and a track record in B2B sales. This full-time role includes a competitive bonus and rigorous onboarding to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program.
• Respond promptly to calls/e-mails from resellers and route as needed; provide timely answers.
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound/outbound inquiries.
• Detect High Business Opportunities.
• Serve as the main entry point for calls generated by partner telemarketing and campaigns.
• Process callout campaigns based on predefined reseller lists.
• Execute specific marketing on products and services.

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Representative in our team, you will:

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
• Process specific marketing on products and services
