Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Representative to join our hybrid team. You will articulate the value proposition to resellers, respond to inquiries, and identify high-potential opportunities across a partner network.

We offer a full-time position with 39 hours/week, a base salary of 20,000 euros gross per year plus a bonus of up to 7,500 euros gross per year and private medical insurance. Training and career development programs are provided.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond promptly to calls/e-mails from resellers and route appropriately
• Provide basic information on products for inbound/outbound inquiries
• Detect high business opportunities
• Act as entry point for telephone contacts from partner campaigns
• Process callout campaigns based on a predefined reseller list
• Process marketing on products and services

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Representative in our team, you will:

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
• Process specific marketing on products and services
