Concentrix seeks a Sales Representative in Barcelona (hybrid) to articulate Partner Program value, register resellers, and respond to inquiries. You will identify new business opportunities and engage with business users at various levels while working within a collaborative, target-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Partner Program value and register new resellers into the program.
• Respond to calls/emails from resellers and route to appropriate teams.
• Provide basic information on products for inquiries.
• Identify high business opportunities.
• Serve as main entry point for contacts from partner telemarketing activities.
• Process callout campaigns based on predefined reseller lists.
• Execute marketing activities on products and services.

What you will do in this role

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
• Process specific marketing on products and services
