PropHero is an AI-driven marketplace transforming property investment. We are expanding our team in Madrid to hire a Sales Representative who will manage the inbound sales process, present PropHero to leads, negotiate terms, and close deals with confidence.

You will own the pipeline in our CRM, prioritize opportunities, and ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience. We value customer-centricity, English fluency, and a proactive mindset as we grow an early-stage startup with global ambitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2C sales within a digital environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent or advanced English for global team communications.

How you will shape Prophero:

• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Advanced English , as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
