Concentrix in Barcelona (Hybrid) is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in French and English to join our high-tech client-focused team. You will register resellers, handle inquiries, and identify business opportunities while coordinating with partners across regions.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a base salary of 20,000 EUR gross per year plus a bonus up to 7,500 EUR and private medical insurance, plus full paid training and career development.

• Have previous B2B sales experience.
• Are positive, goal and target oriented.
• Are comfortable speaking with business users at all levels.
• Are a strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
• Can handle tasks with minimal direction and supervision.

• Can prioritize workload.

Responsabilités

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond to calls/e-mails from resellers in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner campaigns
• Process callout campaigns based on a predefined list of resellers
• Execute marketing on products and services

What you will do in this role

• Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer
• Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
• Detect High Business Opportunities
• Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
• Process specific marketing on products and services
