Job summary

Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza invites you to join its dynamic Internship Program in marketing and events, set on the beautiful Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza. You will collaborate across campaigns, social media, and guest experiences while supporting on-site and off-site events.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with brand communications, event planning, and Canva-based design, in a fast-paced, innovative hospitality group environment. Accommodation is provided, with meals and team activities included.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns including social media content creation.
• Support events team with on-site and off-site event coordination and inter‑department communication.
• Prepare and distribute event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participate in meetings with clients to capture needs and ensure details are recorded accurately.
• Help keep online channels up to date, reflecting the brand.
• Assist in creating graphic materials and presentations (Canva helpful).
• Track results to understand what works and improve going forward.

What you’ll do…

• Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping the events team with the coordination of on‑site and off‑site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.
• Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
• Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
