Job summary

Hyde Hotels offers a unique internship opportunity at Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza on Cala Llonga beach. You will join the Revenue team to learn pricing and distribution, manage bookings, and ensure perfect guest experiences through PMS and channel managers.

You should be an EU national, fluent in English and Spanish, and currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or Business. The internship runs for five months, starting in April, with a proactive, detail-oriented,

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish are required. Other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum duration of internship is five months with a start date in April.
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn pricing and distribution decisions.
• Receive and manage new bookings, modifications, and cancellations clearly and professionally.
• Input booking details into the Property Management System with correct dates, rates, and guest preferences.
• Draft and send confirmation emails, vouchers, and cancellation policies promptly.
• Record guest preferences (bed types, connecting rooms, etc.) and follow up.
• Verify real-time availability and apply rates based on segments (corporate, FIT, groups).
• Share information with front office, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing room blocks, rooming lists, and group/s tour operator conditions.
• Gain hands-on experience with PMS, channel managers, booking engines, and other reservation platforms.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
• Receive and manage new bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a clear and professional manner.
