Job summary

Hyde Hotel Ibiza, hiring through Hosco in Ibiza, offers an internship program in hospitality. You will assist reception, respond to guest needs, help coordinate activities, and support operations across departments. Accommodation is included and a final project will be presented to leadership.

The internship lasts at least five months, with a planned start in April, and provides development opportunities within a dynamic, international team at a fast‑moving property.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• EU Nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reception desk with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests and respond promptly to questions.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise activities and events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards across the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues with prompt resolution.
• Enter cases into Nubola and support service improvements.

What you’ll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

What we are looking for:

EU Nationality is required. Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field. The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to different tasks. Team‑oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
