Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza invite you to join their dynamic team on Cala Llonga beach for a five‑month internship starting in April. You will assist the reception desk, deliver personalized guest services, and collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize events while learning hotel operations.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum internship duration of five months, starting in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalized services to guests and respond to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience to coordinate activities and events.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards across the property.
• Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions to learn hotel operations.
• Work with departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Job Description

What you'll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.
