Job summary

Mondrian Hotels Ibiza invites hospitality students to join an internship across front desk and guest services. You will assist with check-ins, reservations, and guest requests while working with the Guest Experience team to coordinate activities.

Accommodation is provided. The program runs at least five months, with an April start. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a hospitality-related degree is expected.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum internship duration: five months; start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team mindset.

• Participate in training sessions to develop hotel operations knowledge.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
