Exclusivas JJL , part of Celli Group, is present since 1989 in Spain, dedicated to manufacture of beer dispenser and taps. Since then, we have innovated in manufacturing techniques, materials and product design to satisfy market demands.

We are looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager for the Iberia region to manage day‑to‑day commercial activities across Spain and Portugal within our Water Business. The mission of the role is to open up a new market in the water sector, focusing on customer management, distributor development, and operational execution to support growth across hospitality, retail, and distribution channels.

What you will do
  • Manage daily relationships with hotel chains, restaurant groups, retail customers, and corporate accounts.
  • Negotiate and update framework agreements and follow up on ongoing deals.
  • Coordinate deliveries, service levels, and contract renewals with Operations and suppliers.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, forecasts, and profitability reports.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, marketing, and operations to ensure correct pricing and documentation.
  • Complete technical training on water treatment systems to support customers and distributors.
What we’re looking for
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or distributor management.
  • Solid negotiation skills and a strong execution‑oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of forecasting and commercial KPIs.
  • Ability to learn technical topics quickly.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Degree in business or a related field; technical knowledge of water systems is an advantage.

Location: Field based role. National and occasional Portugal travel required.

Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido).
