Job summary

Aretè & Cocchi Technology in Spain and Portugal seeks a Sales Force Development Manager to lead the learning lifecycle for sales roles. You will shape strategy, design programs, manage budgets, and coordinate providers to ensure training aligns with corporate priorities.

You will coach field leaders, oversee onboarding, drive performance KPIs, and champion cultural change across Core Therapies and Innovative Therapies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in this role within pharma sales/learning.
• Experience as Sales Representative and Area Manager in pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience in organizational cultural transformation is valued.
• Early adopter of AI and technology.
• Languages: Spanish (C2), English (C1); Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape learning and development strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead coaching and leadership development for Field Force.
• Own onboarding processes and internal resource development.
• Translate business objectives into performance KPIs and actions.
