Nutanix in Barcelona is expanding its early-career Inside Sales Enablement team and is seeking a Sales Trainer who can deliver high-impact onboarding and milestone-based training for Inside Sales representatives.

Based in Barcelona, you’ll coach sellers through workshops and real-world practice, partnering with regional leaders and SMEs to localize content while keeping global standards. The role is hybrid, with a competitive pay range and strong focus on enablement trends.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering sales training, inside sales, or enablement.
• Proven ability to engage early-career sellers and build confidence.
• Ability to deliver across formats and leverage AI-enabled learning trends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training across in-person, virtual, and workshop formats.
• Lead onboarding and milestone-based learning for Inside Sales.
• Localize content with regional leaders while preserving global standards.
• Coach, mentor, and track learner progress with real-world skills.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to refine scenarios and assessments.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
