Nutanix in Barcelona is expanding its early-career Inside Sales enablement team in EMEA and seeks a Sales Trainer to deliver high-impact onboarding and milestone-based training for Inside Sales reps, focusing on cloud-native topics and customer-ready messaging.

You will coach through workshops, live and virtual sessions, and real-world applications, partnering with regional leaders and SMEs to localize content while preserving global standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience delivering sales training in Inside Sales or related fields.
• Proven ability to coach early-career sellers and build confidence.
• Experience delivering enablement for sales skills and foundational solution knowledge.
• Strong facilitation across live, virtual, mentoring, and asynchronous formats.
• Familiar with hybrid cloud and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training across formats: in-person, virtual instructor-led, and workshops.
• Onboard and milestone-based learning programs for early-career Inside Sales professionals.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to localize delivery while maintaining global consistency.
• Coach and mentor sellers, tracking progress and applying skills in real-world contexts.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to refine sales scenarios, workflows, and assessments.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
