Job summary

Nutanix is expanding its early-career Inside Sales enablement team in EMEA and seeks a Sales Trainer based in Barcelona. You will lead onboarding and milestone training, coaching reps through workshops and real‑world practice to build product fluency and customer readiness.

You’ll work with regional leaders to tailor programs to local needs while preserving global standards, mentoring teams across live and virtual formats and incorporating AI-enabled approaches for modern learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering sales training, ideally within Inside Sales, technical sales, or field enablement.
• Proven ability to engage and support early‑career sellers, with a focus on coaching and confidence‑building.
• You will deliver enablement for sales skills and foundational solution knowledge, partnering with SMEs for deeper expertise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training across multiple formats: in‑person, virtual instructor‑led, and collaborative workshops.
• Facilitate onboarding and milestone‑based learning programs tailored to early‑career Inside Sales professionals.
• Partner with regional sales leaders and SMEs to localize delivery while maintaining global consistency.
• Serve as a trusted coach and mentor—answering questions, tracking progress, and supporting real‑world skill development.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to refine sales scenarios, training workflows, and assessments for Inside Sales reps.
• Champion feedback loops—gathering insights from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery.
