Zeus Packaging is seeking a Sales Back Office professional to support the sales team and ensure the smooth handling of orders, quotations, and commercial documentation. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Operations to deliver accurate information and timely responses.

The role requires 2–3 years in Sales Back Office or similar, a degree in a business field, strong Excel and ERP/CRM experience, and fluent English.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Back Office or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in business-related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Admin management and follow-up of customer orders and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Enter and update orders and customer information in systems.
• Monitor deliveries and delays, coordinating with logistics and operations.
• Handle customer queries regarding orders, invoicing and documentation.
• Prepare commercial docs and support the Sales team.
• Monitor commercial conditions, prices and price lists.
• Generate reports and track KPIs.
• Maintain customer and sales opportunity records.
