Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a Commercial Back-office support to assist the internal Customer Experience team. You will handle proforma invoices, orders, and documentation while coordinating with logistics and planning.

You’ll work with SAP/Procis and Windows, learn quickly, support marketing materials, and handle non-conformities. Fluency in Spanish is desirable; experience in industrial/production sectors preferred.

Formación

• +1 year as administrative/customer service area
• Preferably coming from the industrial and production sector
• Spanish: desirable

Responsabilidades

• Creating customer Proforma Invoice and Order
• Launching technical documentation
• Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments
• Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations
• Fragance codes release request
• Quotation new fragrances with our pricing calculator
• Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.
• Register and follow up of customer non-conformities
• Olfactive pyramids generation
• Marketing materials and promo-kits preparation.
• Customer Service or support role is preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
