Spring GDS is seeking a Sales Consultant Support to drive acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention of clients within a fast-paced, international logistics environment. You will liaise with Sales, Operations, and CX teams to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, at least 2 years in client prospecting or sales support, experience in logistics/e‑commerce, and fluent English (B2 level+).

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce sector is highly valued.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Business Development & Prospecting
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads
• Identify and research new prospects
• Conduct competitor benchmarking
• Qualify prospects through calls and outreach
• Analyze service-market fit
• Sales Management & Customer Relations
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio
• Resolve client incidents and inquiries
• Coordinate service implementation with Operations
• Present post-sales service with CX team
• Monitor volume and performance by country
• Negotiate rates, service terms, and integrations
• Update CRM and sales databases
• Reporting & Strategic Support
