IE University in Madrid is seeking a Program Advisor for IE Law School Executive Education to drive sales and contribute to enrolment targets. You will engage with prospective students, follow up on qualified leads, and manage the full sales process from initial contact to final enrolment.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required.
0-2 years of experience preferred.
Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong commercial orientation with ability to identify opportunities and support enrolment objectives.
Experience in customer service, sales or admissions is valued.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Client-focused, proactive and results-oriented.
Excellent organizational and process-management skills.
Experience using CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Drive sales of IE Law School Executive Education programs and contribute to enrolment and revenue targets.
Identify and develop commercial opportunities by engaging with prospective students and following up on leads.
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to application and final enrolment.
Advise candidates on programs that match their goals, needs and career aspirations.
Monitor the sales pipeline and CRM activity with timely follow-ups and reporting.
