IE University is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join the dynamic Admissions team. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, delivering outstanding service in English and Spanish, and coordinating data entry in the admissions CRM.

You will support on-campus and off-campus events, help applicants navigate the process, and work closely with IE offices globally to maintain a strong team reputation. Some Saturday work is required on a rotating basis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and families in person and on the phone.
• Enter data into the admissions CRM and track application and enrolment documents.
• Manage telephone and walk-in enquiries with professionalism.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the admissions experience.
• Support on-campus events (Open Days, Open Houses) and off-campus events (Admissions days, Fairs).
• Assist applicants through the admission and enrolment process.
• Team up with colleagues to foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Coordinate with IE offices and departments to support team reputation and campus relations.
• Be available to work one Saturday morning every 8–9 weeks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia Campus.

Your role as a Admissions Advisor will involve

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families, both in person and on the telephone.
• CRM management data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
• Support and active participation in the on-campus events (Open Days, Open Houses, School visits…) and off campus events (Admissions days, Fairs, etc.).
• Active support to all applicants in the admission and enrolment process.
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.
• Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications

• Bachelor´s Degree desirable.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish speaker.
• In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
