Job summary

Teleperformance SE in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill-building for our sales teams. You will create engaging modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and best practices, while coaching and mentoring staff.

Requirements include English at C1 level and a BA/BS or equivalent experience; experience in software/SaaS or IT services training is a plus. This full-time role is based in Barcelona’s vibrant 22@ district.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on sales expertise with knowledge of sales methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs (software/SaaS/IT services).
• Strong analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new hires and experienced team members.
• Design and deliver engaging modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and best practices.
• Assess training needs and tailor learning plans; provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and metrics with managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs and align training with business priorities and market conditions.
• Stay current on industry trends and AI/sales methodologies to continually enhance content.
