Amenitiz is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide independent hoteliers and property owners through the platform, ensuring they launch confidently and gain value from day one.

The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and impacts product adoption and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with your Team Lead to follow clear processes and grow expertise in SaaS and customer experience.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role; travel tech background a strong plus.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with tools such as Stripe, Notion, Intercom, or Zendesk.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth launch on the Amenitiz platform.
• Train hoteliers to become autonomous and self-sufficient users.
• Build strong relationships with customers to contribute to satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a reliable onboarding point of contact, understanding needs and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and teammates to maintain a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Share customer feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes.
