Job summary

Amenitiz is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Barcelona, Spain. You will guide independent hoteliers through the Amenitiz platform, ensuring a confident launch and early value realization. This hands-on, customer-facing role reports to the Team Lead and collaborates across the team.

Ideal candidates are native French speakers with English proficiency, plus some Spanish. You’ll excel in clear communication, organization, and using tools like Intercom and Zendesk to support onboarding

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in travel or hospitality tech.
• Native French and good English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to explain complex topics clearly and adapt communication style.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth launch on the Amenitiz platform.
• Train hoteliers to become autonomous, self-sufficient users.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support retention.
