Holded is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to train customers and ensure they gain maximum value from our solution. You will report to the Onboarding Manager and collaborate with the team to align with strategic goals.

You’ll analyze customer workflows, deliver tailored recommendations, educate users on Holded, and contribute to content like guides and webinars to continually improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, preferably SaaS.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP, preferably Holded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, clear explanations.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, motivated, eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Train customers and ensure they get maximum value from Holded.
• Analyze customers' workflows and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate users on how to use the platform effectively.
• Identify platform improvement opportunities from feedback.
• Develop educational content including guides, tutorials, and webinars.
