Holded is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for SMB clients, ensuring they go live quickly, extract value from day one, and stay with us long-term. You’ll translate business processes into Holded configurations and coordinate data migration, training, and workflow redesign.

You will act as the primary technical contact, collaborate with product and support teams, map client processes (accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll basics, CRM) to Holded features,

• 2-5 years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles at a SaaS company targeting SMBs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP/business management software (Holded, Odoo, Dynamics 365 BC, Navision, Sage).
• Strong understanding of core SMB business processes: accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll basics, or CRM.
• Native Spanish speaker but fluent in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.

• Collect structured feedback from clients post-implementation and surface product gaps to the Product team.
• Contribute to scaling our onboarding methodology: templates, playbooks, and automation of repetitive tasks.

The Role

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships. You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our SMB clients, making sure they go live fast, extract real value from day one, and stay with us long-term. You’ll be the expert voice that translates business processes into software configuration — whether that’s migrating data, training users, or redesigning a workflow in Holded to match how a company actually operates.

About you

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration (CSV, Excel, API-based imports).
• Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make, native API connections).
• Background in consulting, finance, or accounting.
• Exposure to ticketing or CS platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot).
