Payhawk, a fast-growing AI-powered spend management platform, seeks a Customer Success Specialist/PM to drive onboarding and adoption for new Barcelona-based customers. You will configure accounts, tailor training, and align implementations with SLAs while coordinating with sales, product, and support teams.

You will guide customers to realize value quickly, optimise setups with data insights, and support retention through strong relationships and proactive product feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success or Project Manager role in a SaaS high-growth environment.
• Technical confidence to understand our software end-to-end.
• Native or near-native Dutch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Learns fast in a fast-growing environment.
• Able to prioritise and multitask across clients and colleagues.
• Nice-to-have: fintech industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for new customers: understand needs, configure Payhawk accounts and deliver tailored training.
• Build and run tailored project plans for each customer, manage external and internal stakeholders.
• Maximise adoption during implementation and align setup with business needs to show value quickly.
• Use product data and insights to optimise customer setups and use cases for continued value.
• Act as trusted advisor to align Payhawk capabilities with internal processes and drive retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value and identify upsell opportunities.
