Zusammenfassung

Aircall in Madrid is seeking a Customer Engineer to partner with customers through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing adoption of our platform. You will translate technical concepts into business outcomes and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

You will guide customers on feature adoption, including Aircall's AI offerings, monitor health, and support renewals with technical insights while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for mid-market or enterprise
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks and cloud applications
• Experience with CRM platforms and business applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Good multi-tasking and project management skills
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem solving
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian a plus

Aufgaben

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
• Configure integrations and connect Aircall with customers' tech stacks
• Drive product adoption with technical guidance and best-practice recommendations
• Support customers in adopting new Aircall features, including AI products
• Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement
• Collaborate with Account Managers during renewals and expansions with technical insights
• Coordinate complex technical issues with Product, Engineering and Support
• Provide cross-functional feedback to shape product improvements
